HVAC Installation Crew Leader
Company: AccuAir Heating & Cooling
Location: Central Oregon
Pay: $40 - $50 per hour + Full Benefits Package

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (overtime available as needed)
What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise installation crews on residential and light commercial HVAC projects
- Perform complete system installations to the highest quality standards
- Train, mentor, and support junior installers to improve team performance
- Measure, fabricate, and install round and rectangular ductwork
- Braze and test line sets, install equipment accessories, and complete low voltage connections
- Maintain clear communication with customers, team members, and other trades
- Manage job site documentation, change orders, and ensure projects are completed on time
Requirements
- Valid EPA Certification (Level 1 & 2)
- Extensive hands-on experience installing and fabricating ductwork
- Strong knowledge of sheet metal fittings and practices
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a crew
- Excellent communication skills with both customers and team members
- Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to safely work at heights and use hand/power tools
