HVAC Installation Crew Leader

Company: Denillo Heating & Cooling

Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Compensation: $25 - $35 per hour + $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

We're looking for a dependable HVAC Installation Crew Leader to guide our installation teams and uphold our reputation for exceptional workmanship.

$1,000 Sign-On Bonus for experienced installers
Competitive hourly pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (overtime opportunities available)

What You'll Do

Lead and supervise installation crews on residential and light commercial HVAC projects
Ensure all installations are completed to the highest quality and safety standards
Deliver excellent customer service and represent the Denillo brand professionally on every job
Train and mentor installers while maintaining efficiency and attention to detail
Install heating and cooling systems, ductwork, and related equipment with pride and precision

What You Bring

3+ years of hands-on residential and light commercial HVAC installation experience
Proven ability to lead and motivate a crew
Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
Own basic hand tools
Strong customer service and communication skills
Physical capability to handle demanding work (lifting up to 70 lbs, working in attics/crawl spaces, climbing ladders, extreme temperatures)
