Airheads HVAC is hiring a full-time HVAC Installation Helper in Copperas Cove, TX. This job pays $15 to $22 per hour, plus bonuses and overtime.
You will work from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays as needed. Overtime is available. Everyone meets at our central location before heading out to job sites.

You will also receive on-the-job training and a ZERO to HERO HVAC School Certificate upon completion.
WHAT DO YOU NEED?
- Ability to carry a TDLR-registered Tech Card
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 – 75 pounds as well as work in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, and confined areas
- Ability to work in Texas heat and varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and team mindset
Preferred:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Trade school HVAC training
- EPA 608 certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic hand tool knowledge
- Construction or mechanical experience
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As an HVAC Installation Helper, you will start your day by meeting your team at our central location to get equipment ready. You will help the lead installer put in HVAC systems and ductwork at homes and small businesses. You will work in places like attics, crawlspaces, garages, rooftops, and mechanical rooms. You will learn how to do the job safely and correctly, and you will get used to working in the Texas heat and different weather conditions. Every day, you will learn more and get better at the job.
