JOB SUMMARYThe Installation Lead should be responsible for managing all aspects and functions of assigned HVAC installation projects to include direct oversight for planning, coordinating, and directing activities of the installation department; maintaining a workforce consistent with business activity; scheduling projects to ensure profitability, timely completion, and maximum customer satisfaction; communication of installation information to proper personnel to allow for effective planning and execution of project requirements.JOB DUTIESDirect oversight of installation, warehousingOversees the building and completion of installation job packets Ensuring complete and accurate forms in job foldersAccurate ordering of materials to complete each installationSupervision of installation crews Oversees the coordination of materials procurement Oversees the tracking of all unused materials and returning or reusing on another job as applicableOversees the inventory of all truck and warehouse material and product stockMaintains safety and quality as a top priority Conducting regular job site and truck inspectionsMaintains departmental budget expectations to include job costing analysis of completed jobsMINIMUM REQUIREMENTSHigh school diploma or equivalentMust have prior, successful experience as an Installation Technician in the HVAC industryNATE certification preferredEPA certification preferredMust display strong communication skills and technical competencyAbility to pass a thorough background check and drug screeningClean driving recordCOMPENSATION Employees are compensated on a piece-work basis

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
