HVAC Installation Manager

5 Star CharlestonNorth Charleston, SC

Base Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 (depending on experience) + Commission Potential

We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Installation Manager to lead our installation department and help drive operational excellence across the company.

Primary Role & Responsibilities:

Oversee all field installation operations, including daily dispatching and workflow efficiency
Manage and develop the installation team, ensuring high-quality workmanship and professional performance
Coordinate with service and other departments regarding warranty, installations, and customer needs
Review billing, job costing, and warranty claims
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery
Support ongoing training and development of technicians
Help drive department profitability and continued growth

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (some evenings and weekends may be required based on business needs)

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary of $75,000 - $100,000, depending on experience
Uncapped commission based on company and department profitability
Health insurance (employer contribution)
Company vehicle or auto allowance
Paid sick and vacation time (accrues immediately)
7 Paid Holidays
Uniforms provided

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in customer service, management, or operations within the service industry
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional phone and interpersonal skills
Valid driver's license
Computer proficiency
High school diploma or equivalent
