We are hiring a skilled full-time HVAC Installation Technician to join a company that truly values its employees.

Location: Willis, TX
Pay: With competitive pay ranging from $25 - $35 per hour
Schedule: This is a full-time job. You'll have regular hours, but you may need to work after hours, on weekends, or on holidays. Most of our work is local

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
As an HVAC Installation Technician, you'll start your day with a supportive, close-knit team-sometimes even enjoying breakfast together at the office. Your workday will be filled with hands-on installation of heating and cooling systems, including split systems, package units, ductless systems, ductwork, dehumidifiers, indoor air quality products, and zoning systems. You'll take pride in delivering top-quality workmanship and outstanding customer service.
HVAC INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience installing split systems, package units, ductless systems, ductwork, dehumidifiers, indoor air quality products, and zoning systems
- Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) universal license
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Ability to perform physical requirements (working in extreme temperatures and small spaces)
- Willingness to work after hours, weekends, or holidays as needed
