Qualifications for this position include:1+ years of HVAC industry experience or related trade experience
Knowledge of HVAC wiring diagrams
Ability to safely handle the physical requirements of the position
Customer service and sales experience
Basic technology and software proficiency
Strong organizational and communication skills
Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
Effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
Must be local to the area
