We're looking for someone who can lead assistant HVAC installers while effectively installing heating and air conditioning systems. We pay our HVAC Installation Technician Lead a competitive wage of $25-35/hour based on experience and will be paid at a piece rate/paid per job.We are also currently offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

REQUIREMENTS FOR AN HVAC INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN LEAD
- Experience installing split systems, package units, ductless systems, ductwork, dehumidifiers, indoor air quality products, and zoning systems
- Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) universal license
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, such as working in extreme temperatures and small spaces
- Ability to work after hours as well as occasional weekend and holiday shifts
