The Mission
AirWorks is looking for the "Special Ops" of HVAC Installers. As a family-run, Mom Approved shop, we don't cut corners, rush jobs, or leave a customer guessing. We're looking for an Experienced HVAC Installer who treats every installation like it's going into their own home someone who takes pride in doing it right the first time, every time. If you're the installer other crews call when the job gets complicated, you belong here.

The Pro: 3+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience in residential and light commercial settings. Ductwork, refrigeration piping, electrical connections you've done it all and done it right.

What You'll Do
Full-System Installations: Execute complete HVAC installations ductwork, electrical, refrigeration piping, and system setup to code and to the highest standard.
System Commissioning: Test and verify every system before you leave, because "good enough" isn't in your vocabulary.
Customer Advocacy: Walk customers through their new system with confidence and professionalism, leaving them informed and impressed.
Tech-Forward: Document your work and job details in our CRM to ensure a seamless record for every customer.
Collaborate: Work alongside fellow installers, technicians, and office staff to hit deadlines and deliver excellence on every project.
Requirements
Experience: 3+ years installing HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings.
Technical Chops: Strong command of ductwork, electrical connections, refrigeration piping, and system setup.
Certifications: EPA Universal is a plus; NATE certification makes you stand out.
Clean Record: Valid CA driver's license and a spotless driving history.
Grit: Able to lift 75+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in whatever conditions the job demands with a great attitude.
Flexibility: Available for occasional weekends and overtime when the team needs you.
