HVAC Installer

We are currently looking for an HVAC Installer to join our Team!

Job Description: To provide maintenance, repairs, and installs on a wide variety of residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards, providing the customer with a high-quality experience.

Pay Range: $35.00/hr.-$51.00/hr.- Depending on experience

Company Truck for Technicians
Birthday Bonus (equivalent to 8 hrs. pay)
Vacation (2 weeks first year, 3 weeks 1-4 years and 4 weeks 5+)
Sick time (40 hrs. for FT employees)
Bereavement (3 days)
Boot Allowance ($300 per year)
License Renewal ($300/year is reimbursed to Employee)
Tuition Reimbursement ($500/year)

Required Qualifications:

2-5 years of previous HVAC experience
Valid driver's license
Work from a 28' extension ladder and a 12' step ladder.
Understand and communicate the benefits of preventative maintenance.
Demonstrate advanced customer service skills and have the ability to communicate clearly, ideas and explanations of problems to residential and commercial customers and coworkers
Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility

Qualifications desired:

EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License
Sheet Metal License
Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School
Insurable driving record
Possess most commonly used tools
