Position Overview: We're on the hunt for an experienced HVAC Installer to join our close-knit team. As an Installer, you'll be pivotal in installing heating & air conditioning systems to our high company standards, ensuring our customers receive a top-quality experience.

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience + profit-based quarterly bonuses

Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with occasional overtime as needed

Required Qualifications:

3 or more years of experience in residential or commercial HVAC installation
EPA Certification (Universal)
Valid Driver's License with insurable driving record
Solid understanding of HVAC systems and installation procedures
Customer-focused with exceptional problem-solving skills
Knowledge of safety codes and best practices in HVAC
NATE Certification, preferred
