$25 - $27 per hour plus Spiffs (Negotiable depending on Experience!)
Approximate 40 Hour Work week, Shift schedule Monday – Friday

We genuinely care about our team members and expect you to bring that same dedication, respect, and commitment when you join us.The Big TaskYou will accurately and efficiently install top-of-the-line heating and air equipment in our customers’ homes.Key Sub Tasks

Receive work orders, type customer equipment info, invoices and quotes on a company-provided iPad on Field Edge Software
Keep your company truck clean, inside and out
Keep your truck inventory up to date
Join the on-call rotation every 7 weeks
Maintain a clean and professional appearance
Have and maintain a clean driving record
Efficient communication with dispatchers, managers, parts, installations teams
Participate in training, allowing you to grow and develop as an individual and home service expert

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Previous experience as a residential HVAC installer or service technician
