What You'll DoInstall residential and light commercial HVAC equipment according to manufacturer specifications and company standards

Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Troubleshoot installation challenges in the field

Ensure all work is completed with attention to quality and customer satisfaction

Support and mentor less experienced team members when appropriate

What We're Looking ForHigh School Diploma or equivalent5+ years of residential HVAC installation experiencePJ2 and/or RJ2 license required

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Commitment to quality workmanship and professionalism

Experience With:Gas and LP furnaces

BoilersCentral air conditioning systems

Heat pumps

Ductless and ducted mini-split systems

Air handlers

Variable-speed equipment

Rooftop package units
