Location: Anaheim, CASchedule: Full-TimePay Rate: $85,000 – $115,000/yearEmployment Type: Permanent

Responsibilities

Perform end-to-end installation of HVAC systems (residential and light commercial)
Install ductwork, refrigerant lines, and electrical components
Conduct system start-ups, testing, and ensure proper functionality
Review installation plans and ensure compliance with local codes
Communicate clearly with customers about installation processes
Maintain clean and organized job sites
Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects efficiently
Mentor junior installers and uphold high workmanship standards

Requirements

2+ years of proven experience in residential or light commercial HVAC installation
Strong understanding of HVAC electrical systems, refrigeration cycles, and local building codes
Ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in various environments (attics, crawl spaces, etc.)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team

Nice to Have:

EPA Universal Certification
NATE Certification
Experience with high-efficiency system retrofits and zoning systems
