Currently, we have an immediate opening for an experienced HVAC Installer to join our phenomenal team! This position will be performing Residential Retrofit Installations.

Job Title: HVAC Installer

Pay Range: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience

Work hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30am- 4:30pm, some overtime as needed

What you will be doing:

Residential retrofit/changeout installations
Working in a 2-person team
Arrive every morning at the shop to clock in via Service Titan and prepare the day's installs
Consult customers about products and installation

Required Qualifications:

2 - 3 years of HVAC installation experience
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
EPA Universal Certification
Service Titan experience a plus!
Ability and willingness to mentor helpers
Ability to consult customers with complaints and give solutions that are beneficial for customers as well as the company
Possess basic hand tools

Physical Demands:

Must be physically able to be on feet 8 hours a day
Must be physically able to perform strenuous labor, including lifting heavy objects, up to 70 lbs.
Must be able to work in extreme heat and cold
Must be able to climb up and down a ladder numerous times throughout the day
