We are hiring experienced HVACInstallers to join our team! As part of our family-owned company, you'll work on residential and light commercial HVAC systems, handling installation, replacement, and system upgrades to ensure our customers' comfort. We're looking for installers who take pride in their work, value quality craftsmanship, and are eager to advance their skills and grow with us.

Position: HVAC Installer

Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30-3:30pm, with limited on call responsibility

Pay: $28.00 - 33.00 hourly, depending on experience + spiffs

Duties:

• Install HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, and ductwork
• Ensure all installations meet code requirements and company standards
• Test HVAC systems to ensure proper operation following installation
• Provide exceptional customer service during each interaction
• Complete necessary paperwork and logs for each installation
• Maintain and operate service vehicles and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Keep up to date with industry standards and advancements

What We are Looking For:

• 3 or more years of residential or commercial HVAC installation experience.
• EPA Certification, NATE certification or other industry-related training
• Capability to handle system start-up and adjustments independently
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with a professional appearance
