HVAC Installer Pay (Full-Time/Hourly):
- Actual Pay depends on experience, certifications, skills test and skill level.

HVAC Installer Responsibilities:
- Builds positive relationships with customers and team
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial or residential ventilation, air conditioning systems, and equipment
- Completes required paperwork in a timely manner
- Maintains organization of vehicle and company tools
- Follows all GUNTHERS Safety Standards and wears proper PPE at all times.
- Maintains a positive attitude and supports GUNTHERS Core Values and Mission
- Completes any additional tasks or work required by Supervisor
HVAC Installer Qualifications:
- 2+ years in residential/multi-family HVAC Installs
- EPA and RMGA certification preferred
- High School Diploma, or GED
- Must be professional and have exceptional communication skills
- Must be able to pass a HVAC skills test
- Experienced with pressure sensors, humidity sensors, rooftop units, make-up air units, differential pressure devices, variable frequency drives, and air handler units.
- Must be able to pass a background and drug test.
- Follows GUNTHERS dress and grooming policies. For the safety and respect of our customers, GUNTHERS is a SMOKE-FREE environment-no smoking or vaping.
