Job DetailsAs an HVAC Installer, your primary responsibilities will include:1. Reading and interpreting engineering blueprints, technical drawings, and HVAC designs to understand the layout and requirements of the HVAC systems.2. Installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems in commercial buildings, ensuring they meet all safety regulations and standards.3. Conducting site inspections to assess the condition of HVAC systems and identify any potential issues or malfunctions.4. Collaborating with architects and construction teams to integrate HVAC systems into building designs seamlessly.5. Advising clients on the optimal HVAC systems to meet their needs, considering factors such as energy efficiency, cost, and space constraints.6. Conducting tests on installed HVAC systems to ensure they are working correctly and efficiently.7. Providing consultation and expert advice to clients on HVAC system maintenance and troubleshooting.8. Coordinating with suppliers and manufacturers to procure necessary HVAC equipment and components.9. Training and mentoring junior HVAC installers, sharing your knowledge and expertise.The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications:1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC Installer, preferably in the commercial construction industry.2. Proven ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints and technical drawings.3. Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, including their installation, maintenance, and repair.4. Familiarity with ductwork installation and maintenance.5. Proficiency in using various HVAC tools and equipment for installation and repair.6. Excellent communication and consulting skills, with the ability to advise clients on HVAC system selection and maintenance.7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system issues effectively.8. A commitment to safety, ensuring all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and standards.9. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various job sites as needed.10.
