Kight's Quality Air is hiring a full-time HVAC Installer – HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in Indianapolis, IN. This position is ideal for an experienced technician who values consistent work, competitive pay, and the ability to start their day dispatched directly from home. PAY: $24–$35 per hour plus commission and bonuses, including potential quarterly bonuses based on performance.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Current driver's license
- EPA certification
- 2+ years of industry experience
- Ability to perform invoicing and estimates through a tablet
- Possess tools for the job (tool account is available)
Experience with communication systems, boilers, brazing, geothermal, mini-splits, and light commercial HVAC systems is preferred.
SCHEDULE: This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with on-call rotation, overtime availability, and daily dispatch from home.

WHAT TO EXPECT AS AN HVAC INSTALLER - HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN
In this role, you'll travel directly from home to job sites, install, diagnose, and repair heating and air conditioning systems, perform preventative maintenance, develop estimates for repairs and replacements, and clearly explain system conditions and solutions to customers while accurately documenting all work through our digital systems.
