Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience
Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, overtime as needed

Position Overview:
- Learning installation processes and procedures
- Following directions and being able to work as a team and independently
- Retrofit / Changeout installation of residential HVAC systems
- Installing line sets, duct works, low voltage wiring, and accessories
- Complete startup of newly installed equipment
- Customer Service
- Continual company-paid Trane dealer training and NATE Certification
What We Are Looking For:
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- 2 + years of residential HVAC installation experience or a combination of education and experience
- EPA Certification
- NATE Certifications or obtain once employed
- Willingness to invest time in training seminars and classes, including NATE certification
- Able to carry 100lbs overhead with assistance
- High School Diploma or GED
- NATE Core & Specialty Certifications desired
