Earn $35.00 to $45.00+ per hour plus $10,000 to $20,000+ in annual performance bonuses
Ocean State Air Solutions is hiring an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to run residential replacement and new construction jobs throughout Rhode Island's East Bay. This is a hands-on leadership role for a skilled installer who takes ownership of their work, leads from the front, and understands how to complete jobs efficiently, profitably, and to a high standard. Compensation & Benefits

About the Role
As a Lead HVAC Installer, you will manage and perform installations of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems in both residential replacement and new construction environments. You will lead installation crews, coordinate with project managers and builders, and ensure every job is completed on time, on budget, and to company standards. This role requires someone who can balance hands-on technical skill with leadership, organization, and accountability while maintaining a clean, safe, and professional job site.
What You Bring
You have at least 3 years of HVAC installation experience and are confident leading jobs from start to finish. You hold EPA certification and an active HVAC license, and you are comfortable working with furnaces, boilers, gas, and oil systems. You can read blueprints, follow specifications, and communicate clearly with both your team and customers. You take pride in your work, move with urgency, and understand how your performance impacts job profitability and customer satisfaction. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
