Primary Job ResponsibilitiesInstall HVAC SystemsInstall heating, air conditioning, ventilation systems, and accessoriesaccording to company and manufacturer standards.Perform Ductwork and FabricationDesign, fabricate, and install duct systems and fittings as requiredfor each job.Execute System Start-Ups and Limited DiagnosticsStart up new systems and perform basic diagnostics to ensurefunctionality.Maintain Clean Work AreasUse floor savers, drop cloths, and inspect the work area for cleanlinessupon job completion.Complete Accurate Job DocumentationFill out installation forms detailing tasks performed and materialsused for records and quality tracking.Communicate with CustomersAddress questions, concerns, and explain the installation process ina courteous and professional manner.Handle Equipment and Vehicle ResponsibilitiesDeliver and remove equipment, maintain vehicle safety and cleanliness,and ensure proper stocking and part returns.Train ApprenticesInstruct apprentices on proper installation practices, tools usage,system testing, wiring, and IAQ product setup.Follow Safety and Brand StandardsWear approved uniform, follow safety policies, and adhere to OneHour’s standards of ethics and professionalism.Participate in TrainingAttend all company-sponsored training sessions to stay current ontechniques, safety practices, and system updates.

Compensation: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
