Responsibilities

Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installations
Oversee installation crews and job execution
Interpret blueprints and installation layouts
Ensure installation quality and code compliance
Perform system commissioning and final walkthroughs
Mentor junior installers
Deliver excellent customer experience

Qualifications

2+ years HVAC installation experience
EPA Universal Certification preferred
Proven leadership or crew lead experience
Strong installation and layout knowledge
Clean driving record
