As the first and only Bryant Factory Authorized Dealer in Clinton County, we focus on educating our customers and offering expert guidance tailored to their HVAC needs. Job Title: HVAC Installer
Pay Range: $18.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience
Work Hours: 4 /10 shift. Monday to Thursday; with overtime on Fridays
Location: Lock Haven, PA.

Position Overview:
- Primarily Residential Retrofit/changeout installations
- Installing residential and light commercial HVAC equipment, duct work and accessories to company standards
- Installing furnace, AC, boilers, heat pumps, GEOTHERMAL, ductless and RTU's
- New duct work and retro duct work as needed
- Bryant Authorized Dealer
- Providing customers with high-quality experience
Required Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- 1 + year of experience or combination of education and experience
- EPA Universal Certification or obtain once hired
- NATE certification is highly preferred
- Ability to lift /carry up to 100 lb. overhead with assistance
- Able to work on a ladder & in attic / crawl space
- Great customer service skills
- Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School desired
- Prior supervisory experience is a plus
