Schedule Monday - Friday, full-time (Overtime available when you want it)

What You'll Do

Install residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems to the highest standards
Deliver a high-quality, professional experience to every customer on every job
Work with gas pipe, refrigeration pipe, ductwork systems, furnaces, heat pumps, and more
Test and balance systems, troubleshoot, and ensure every installation meets code
Provide honest recommendations and solutions that benefit both the customer and the company

What You Need

3+ years of hands-on residential HVAC installation experience
Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
Proficient in installing gas pipe, refrigeration pipe, and ductwork systems
Strong knowledge of refrigerant, gas & electric furnaces, heat pumps, and troubleshooting
Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
Universal EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Advanced customer service skills and a willingness to take on leadership roles
Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices and air balancing principles
