What You'll Do
- Lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish
- Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, mini-splits, and indoor air quality products
- Ensure all installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
- Perform system startups, testing, commissioning, and quality checks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
- Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process
- Train and mentor Install Helpers and Install Seconds
- Complete installation paperwork and job documentation accurately
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
What We're Looking For
- 2 or more years of Residential HVAC installation experience
- Previous Lead Installer experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, installation practices, and local codes
- Leadership skills with the ability to train and mentor others
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- A commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
