Someone with experience with residential retrofit / changeout installations. Job Title: HVAC InstallerPay Rate: $35.00 to $45.00 + per hour. We pay based on experience and capabilities

Work Hours: 7:30am to 4:00pmWork Schedule: Monday through FridayTownsend Energy offers: Take home company vehicle & gas card

What you will be doing: Leading installation jobs for residential and light commercial HVAC Systems Installing oil, propane, natural gas, and air HVAC systems and duct work

Furnace, AC, Heat pumps, mini splits etc

Boilers Radiant Heat Consult with customers and answer their questions Supervise the work of installers Qualifications / Skills: Valid driver's license & insurable driving record4 + years of installation experience2 + years of Job lead/supervisor experience desired

Radiant heat experience EPA Universal CertificationProficient experience with refrigerant, gas, oil, propane, and electric heating/air conditioning systems, heat pumps, and ductless systems

Able to read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and manuals

Experience in all HVAC low-voltage systems

Able to lift up to 50 pounds

High school diploma or its equivalent

Certificate from an HVAC Technical School desired

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
