- Installation & Maintenance: Expertly install, maintain, and repair refrigeration, heating, and air conditioning systems.
- Efficient Resource Management: Ensure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of necessary equipment.
- Customer Engagement: Collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed.
- Vehicle & Equipment Care: Keep company vehicles and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required.
- Cross-Training: Perform other duties as needed, which may include cross-training in related positions.
- Can-Do Attitude: A positive and proactive approach to work.
- Professional Appearance & Personality: Maintain a professional image and demeanor.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Effective interaction with customers and colleagues.
- Experienced Residential HVAC & Refrigeration Knowledge: Proven expertise in the field.
- CFC Certification: Required for the role.
- Valid Driver’s License: A clean driving record is a must.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50-100 lbs.
- Local or Relocating: We welcome candidates who are already living in Sioux Falls or looking to move to this vibrant city.
