Job Description
TradeWorX is hiring experienced HVAC Installers and Commercial Duct Installers for commercial jobsite opportunities in the York, Lancaster, Hanover, Red Lion, Columbia, and surrounding areas. Candidates with commercial ductwork, sheet metal installation, layout, measuring, fitting, fastening, and jobsite experience are encouraged to apply.Pay, Overtime & Schedule:
- Pay: $28.00–$32.00/hour for experienced candidates based on skill level, verified experience, and interview
- Overtime: May be available based on project schedules
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Shift: Typical day shift schedule
- Hours: May vary by project
- Start: Immediate consideration available for qualified commercial HVAC installers and duct installers

- Install commercial ductwork, hangers, supports, and related HVAC components
- Work with rectangular duct, spiral duct, flex connections, transitions, and field-fit sections
- Measure, cut, fit, fasten, and install duct systems on active commercial jobsites
- Read and follow layouts, drawings, measurements, and jobsite direction
- Work around other trades while maintaining production pace and safety expectations
- Support material staging, cleanup, and jobsite readiness as needed
- Commercial duct installation, HVAC install, sheet metal, or mechanical construction experience required
- Experience with ductwork layout, measuring, fitting, fastening, and installation
- Ability to work safely and productively on commercial jobsites
- Basic hand tools, reliable transportation, and PPE preferred
- Ability to work from layouts or drawings preferred
- Must be available for commercial jobsite assignments in the York-area market
- Experienced HVAC Installer, Commercial Duct Installer, or Sheet Metal Mechanic
- Reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working on active commercial jobsites
- Able to install ductwork, hangers, supports, fittings, and related HVAC components
- Comfortable with measuring, fitting, fastening, and field adjustments
- Able to communicate availability, skill level, and travel limits clearly
