Job Description

Are you a hands-on leader who sets the standard for excellence in HVAC installations? Do you thrive in the field, guiding a team while getting the job done? If so, Air Professionals Heating & Air Conditioning in Flemington, NJ wants you as our full-time HVAC Installer Supervisor- HVAC Manager!

WHAT WE OFFER:

$95,000 - $120,000 per year (based on experience)

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Lead & mentor an installation team
Ensure top-quality, efficient, & safe installations
Troubleshoot issues & keep projects on schedule
Work hands-on alongside your crew

You'll typically work from 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or until the job is complete. Overtime opportunities are also available!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

HVAC installation experience with a passion for mentoring
Ability to work hands-on in the field while overseeing projects
Strong leadership and communication skills
Clean driving record

Prior supervisory experience in the heating and air conditioning industry is a plus!
