- Technical Expertise and Organizational Skills: Lead the installation of commercial and residential HVAC systems with precision. Your role involves meticulous planning and execution, from ductwork and mechanical components to smart home automation systems.
- Mentorship and Communication: Supervise and train 1-2 apprentice team members, fostering their development with your strong communication skills. You'll ensure effective team collaboration and project success through clear, concise dialogue.
- Problem-Solving and Proactive Collaboration: Utilize your analytical skills to quickly address challenges and make informed decisions. You're expected to be upfront about needing assistance, promoting a culture of teamwork and shared goals.
- Professional Development and Technical Compliance: Keep abreast of industry standards and technology advancements. You should have or be willing to obtain EPA and NATE certifications, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and excellence in the field.
- Educational Background: A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Experience: At least two (2) years of experience in the HVAC industry is required to ensure a solid foundation of practical skills and knowledge.
- Technical Knowledge & Skills: Candidates must possess in-depth technical knowledge of HVAC systems and the installation process. This includes the ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and HVAC wiring diagrams effectively.
- Valid Driver’s License & Clean Record: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential for this role, as it may require travel to different job sites.
- Certifications: Candidates must have passed or be willing to obtain the EPA Certification (Universal), as per the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency 608 certification exam/certification requirements. Additionally, obtaining NATE certification within the first 12 months of employment is expected, with continuous education and company support provided to facilitate this achievement.

- $35-$45 per hour plus spiffs, commissions and bonuses!
