What You’ll Do
As an HVAC Install Technician, you’ll perform top-quality installations of residential HVAC systems while delivering an extraordinary customer experience. You’ll establish customer rapport, explain system operations, and ensure every installation meets our high standards. Maintaining a clean, organized job site and truck will be part of your daily routine, as well as participating in ongoing training to enhance your skills.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking outgoing, professional, and team-oriented technicians who take pride in their work. Candidates must have:
✔ A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record✔ A Connecticut S1, S2, S9, S10, D1, or D2 license (required)✔ Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service✔ A professional, drug-free attitude and the ability to work both independently and in a team
