What This Role Looks Like• Arriving at job sites on time and prepared, as scheduled by dispatch• Completing HVAC installations as approved by the customer• Sealing ductwork, PVC drain lines, and related components to code• Maintaining a professional appearance and positive attitude• Communicating any equipment or job-site issues to leadership• Taking ownership of your work and following established processes
