Friday, 8:00 am
5:00 pm, with occasional overtime.You'll set the tone for successful and efficient installations, expertly guiding your team in accurately installing and testing various heating and air conditioning equipment. With a polite and professional attitude, you'll speak with customers about the project, answer any questions, and resolve any concerns. Then you'll lead your team in installing the new system, performing hands-on work yourself to get the job done correctly and within a reasonable timeframe. Every day will bring something different, but your commitment to doing an incredible job will stay the same!WHAT WE'RE OFFERING OUR HVAC LEAD INSTALLER:Not only will you earn $28.00 - $34.00/hour (based on experience/qualifications), but we'll also provide you with a tool allowance, licensure support, and a robust benefits package that includes:Bonus structure

Valid driver's License with a clean driving record

Professional communication and customer service skills

Ability to work some overtime if needed

Ability to serve the Pittsboro and Brownsburg areas

It's not required, but we'd prefer that our HVAC Lead Installer is NATE-certified and has at least one year of experience as a lead installer. Experience in a management position or installing geothermal/mini-split systems would be a bonus!Meet the qualifications listed above?
