Lead HVAC Installer – $30–$40/hr + 100% Paid Benefits | San Diego

We’re a fast-growing, customer-focused HVAC company in San Diego, and we believe in doing the job the right way—not the easy way. As a Lead HVAC Installer, you’ll run a team, mentor apprentices, and ensure every install is done to the highest standard. If you’re a hands-on leader who takes pride in craftsmanship, this is your chance to lead from the front.

Lead and perform residential and light commercial HVAC system installs
Supervise and mentor helpers and junior installers
Coordinate materials, equipment, and daily schedules
Maintain safe, clean, and efficient job sites
Perform quality checks, commissioning, and inspections
Complete job documentation and ensure code compliance
Communicate clearly with dispatch, office staff, and customers

Compensation & Benefits

Pay:

$30–$40 per hour (depending on experience)
Overtime pay
