HVAC Lead Installer
Greater Columbus and Dayton, OH. Full-time. Take-home truck.
Join one of Ohio's largest and fastest-growing residential home-services companies. As a Lead Installer, you own residential HVAC system installs from start to finish and set the standard for quality.
What you'll do
Install residential heating and cooling systems to spec, lead and mentor install helpers, ensure clean and code-compliant work, and deliver a great homeowner experience.
What we're looking for
Experienced residential HVAC installers ready to lead. Strong craftsmanship and jobsite ownership. A valid driver's license with a clean, insurable record. Ability to pass a background check.
Compensation
$85,000 to $150,000 per year, with up to $60/hr in performance pay, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a $5,000 retention bonus.
