Lead HVAC Installer (Maui, HI)Synairgy MechanicalAloha! Synairgy Mechanical is seeking a skilled and dependable Lead HVAC Installer to join our growing team on Maui. If you take pride in your work, enjoy leading teams, and want to be part of a company that invests in its people, we’d love to hear from you.Position OverviewAs a Lead HVAC Installer, you will oversee and perform the installation of commercial and residential air conditioning systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership ability, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work and customer satisfaction.Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation experience
Strong knowledge of installing commercial and residential AC systems
Ability to work in hot, humid environments and confined spaces (attics, rooftops, crawl spaces)
Experience leading crews and managing job sites
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
EPA Universal Certification (required)
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Professional demeanor with a focus on excellent customer service
Reliable and able to work 40+ hours per week
