Job Description
HVAC Lead InstallerJoin a trusted, family-owned HVAC company that values your skills and offers career growth, stability, and competitive pay.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts (overtime/on-call available)
What You’ll Do
- Lead and complete residential & light commercial installations
- Install boilers, split cooling & heat pump systems, furnaces, and ductless systems
- Work with distribution and control systems
- Manage job sites and coordinate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors
- Ensure high-quality workmanship on every project
Qualifications
- 7+ years of HVAC/R installation experience (preferred)
- EPA 1, 2, 3 Certification (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required)
- Skilled in brazing, soldering, wiring schematics, and blueprints
- Able to lift up to 100 lbs and work on rooftops/ladders
- Professional, reliable, and strong communicator
