Job Description

Now hiring for a HVAC Lead Residential Installer at our Murrieta our Murrieta location

Compensation: $25 to $35/DOE

Employment type: Full Time

Overview:

Have a strong understanding of Residential HVAC installation practices and procedures
Must have a strong understanding in duct design and CFM flow
Must have a strong understanding of basic building construction knowledge
Must be able to communicate effectively with customers for payment, system operation, installation concerns, etc.
Must possess leadership skills and is able to work well with and mentor apprentices on proper installation methods

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
2+ years proven HVAC Lead experience
Team player, ability to work with all department leaders and customers
Strong organization skills
Great written and oral communication skills
Be able to lift 50lbs regularly throughout the day
