What You'll Do
As an HVAC Lead Residential Installer, you will lead residential HVAC installation projects while ensuring quality workmanship, efficiency, safety, and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead HVAC installation projects from start to finish
- Install residential heating and cooling systems according to company standards and manufacturer specifications
- Lead, train, and support installation helpers and team members
- Read and interpret installation requirements and job specifications
- Determine materials, tools, and equipment needed for each installation
- Maintain proper inventory of parts, tools, and safety equipment
- Ensure installation vehicles are organized and properly stocked
- Complete installations efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Identify opportunities to improve installation processes and job efficiency
- Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process
- Educate customers on system operation and ensure they understand their new equipment
- Complete required documentation accurately
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards

HVAC Lead Installer Qualifications
- Residential HVAC installation experience
- Experience leading HVAC installation projects preferred
- Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems and installation processes
- Ability to read installation requirements and determine necessary materials
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license
Requirements
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Must reside in Tennessee at the time of hire and maintain Tennessee residency throughout employment
