Residential HVAC-R Technicians & Installers – We’ll Beat Your Current Pay!
💰 Pay: $45–$50/hr + Bonus Opportunities📍 Location: On-site🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour day shifts (Overtime Available)

What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and install residential HVAC/R systems
- Clearly explain options and recommendations to customers
- Complete approved repairs and installs to top industry standards
- Keep your service vehicle clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Participate in company meetings, training, and service updates
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in residential HVAC/R installation, maintenance, or service
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, blueprints, and schematics
- Skilled in brazing, soldering, and standard HVAC/R practices
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- EPA certification and refrigeration license (preferred)
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
