Job Description
Position Summary:
Tactical Wire Communications Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Technician to supervise technical operations, including installation, maintenance, and compliance with SNRS project specifications. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate with project stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise HVAC installation and maintenance activities.
- Ensure adherence to SNRS technical standards, safety protocols, and project requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed and materials used.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and Safety Representative to meet operational goals.
Required Certifications & Documentation:
- Relevant trade certifications (HVAC, Electrical, or Mechanical as applicable).
- OSHA 10-Hour Safety Certification (minimum).
- Manufacturer-specific certifications for equipment used (if applicable).
- Ability to pass SNRS security clearance and background checks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience leading technical teams on complex projects.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with SNRS technical standards and compliance requirements.
Salary Range: $34-$41Employment Contingency: Position is contingent upon Tactical Wire Communications Solutions LLC being awarded the SNRS contract.
