Description An established residential-focused HVAC operation is offering a rare consulting opportunity for a highly experienced professional who wants to stay engaged without the burden of day-to-day management. This HVAC License Holder / Consultant role is located in Blackwood, NJ (candidates may reside in NJ or PA) and is ideal for a seasoned leader seeking a structured, advisory position. Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC License Holder / Consultant position include: Holding an active New Jersey Master HVACR License and serving as the license holder of record 15+ years of HVAC experience with a strong residential systems background Previous experience as an owner, senior technician, field supervisor, or operations lead Reviewing permits, supporting inspections, and advising on HVAC code compliance Providing technical escalation support and troubleshooting complex HVAC issues Offering install reviews and customer risk mitigation guidance as needed Availability for limited onsite support during inspections or escalations Participating in a weekly check-in call and remaining reachable for compliance matters Salary: $1,500 – $2,500 per month plus install based variable compensation, commensurate with experience.
