HVAC Maintenance - Service Technician | $35.00 to $45.00 per hour
Pay is based on experience + Spiffs / bonuses
Work Hours: Monday to Friday | 7:30am to 4:30pm

Job Duties:
- Diagnostics, service, and repair on residential and some light commercial heating and air conditioning systems
- Providing annual routine maintenance
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Consulting with customers regarding repair, upgrades, and replacement options
- Communication with clients on annual maintenance program and indoor air quality products that fit customers' needs

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of HVAC service experience
- Residential service experience required
- Experience with RTU (rooftop unit) service and routine maintenance preferred
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Proven ability to diagnose issues and make repair or replacement recommendations
- Low voltage license, or willingness to obtain within 2 years of employment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
- Completion of an HVAC technical school program preferred
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
