HVAC Maintenance Technician | $25.00 - $32.00 per hour

We are a family-owned and operated HVAC company proudly serving Tacoma and the surrounding areas with expert, reliable services. Our team has 25 years of experience in the design, installation and repair of residential and commercial heating and AC. We continually strive to provide expert heating, air conditioning, energy efficiency and indoor air quality solutions to our customers.

We have an immediate opening for anHVAC Maintenance Technician! Someone with 6 months or more of residential and/or light commercial experience, or combination of education and experience.

We offer full-time, year-round work, company paid training for industry certification including NATES and Electrical Trainee instruction and hours.

Job Title: HVAC Maintenance Technician

Pay Scale: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour, depending on experience

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm, with occasional overtime

Shop Location: Tacoma

What you will be doing:

Working with an Licensed Service Technician
Residential and light commercial maintenance and annual clean and checks
Consulting and educating customer on Indoor Air Quality accessories

Qualifications / skills:

6 months + HVAC experience, or combination of education and experience
EPA Universal Certification
06B or 06A Electrical trainee card or obtain once employed
Certification of completion from trade school desired
Willingness to invest time in training and seminars, including industry certifications / NATES, and Electrical Trainee instruction & hours
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver license and insurable driving record
