Perform system inspections, tune-ups, and cleanings
Replace filters, inspect coils, check refrigerant levels, and lubricate moving parts
Identify and report potential system issues
Educate customers on system care and recommend service plans
Use mobile apps to log services performed and customer notes

You’ll work with a steady flow of maintenance visits, not high-pressure sales.👷 What You Bring:

Basic HVAC knowledge or education (school, trade program, or hands-on experience)
Mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn
Strong customer service and communication skills
Valid Florida driver’s license and clean driving record
Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain — we can help)
