Job Description

HVAC/R Maintenance Technician

We are looking for an experienced HVAC/Refrigeration Maintenance Technician to join our team. We're seeking a highly skilled technician who can step into the role and confidently diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of restaurant equipment and building systems.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with commercial refrigeration, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, is comfortable working independently, and takes pride in solving problems quickly and efficiently. Experience servicing restaurant equipment is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience in commercial HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical repair required.
Strong understanding of refrigeration systems, electrical troubleshooting, plumbing repairs, and mechanical equipment.
Proven ability to diagnose and repair equipment independently.
Experience servicing restaurant or commercial food service equipment strongly preferred.
Ability to read wiring diagrams, equipment manuals, and technical documentation.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong sense of urgency.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Willingness to travel between locations, including occasional overnight travel.
Availability to participate in an on-call rotation and respond to emergency service calls.

Physical Requirements

Frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb ladders.
Lift and carry 50–100 pounds safely.
Work in hot, cold, confined, and outdoor environments as needed.
Safely use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
