HVAC Maintenance Technician - Entry Level

Pay: $23.00 - $29.00 per hour, depending on experience + Spiffs

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday | 7:30am to 4:30pm | occasional overtime

This is a hands-on training position to build a career in the HVAC industry and become an integral part of our team

What You Will Be Doing:

• Receiving hands-on job training for residential and light commercial annual maintenance and service
• Annual maintenance / clean and check
• Delivering Excellent Customer Service to our customers
• Consulting with customers regarding repair and replacement options; Replacements needs are forwarded to the Comfort Advisor/Salesperson
• Educating clients on indoor air quality products that fit customers' needs
• Communicating with service manager about product needs, training enhancement, or desired specialty training
• Receiving instruction to obtain industry certifications including EPA & NATE's.

What Are Looking For:

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• HVAC, construction, or similar industry experience desired
• EPA Universal Certification or acquire within 3 months of employment - we train
• Ability to acquire necessary tools
• Willingness to invest time in developing your skills and knowledge through training
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certificate of completion from a HVAC Technical School is desired, but not required

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
