Job Description

Pioneer Valley Environmental is looking for a full-time HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team in Ware, MA. This job pays $18 – $22 an hour plus commission and comes with great perks like:

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN AN HVAC MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

3+ years of HVAC experience (preferred)
OSHA/EPA certification
Valid driver's license
Ability to provide your own hand tools
Strong technical skills and the ability to work independently
Commitment to professionalism and excellent customer service

YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR HVAC MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

You'll work Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with chances for overtime and on-call work. You'll head straight from your home to your job sites each day and only come to the office for Tuesday meetings.

Each day will start at home as you travel to different customer locations. You'll be maintaining and servicing HVAC and AC systems (oil, gas/NP), identifying any parts that need to be replaced, and performing combustion analysis readings to make sure systems are running safely. You'll also be writing up estimates for needed repairs and talking with customers about their options.
