THE INS AND OUTS OF THIS ENTRY-LEVEL ROLE Schedule: This HVAC Maintenance Technician position works full-time with alternative schedules between 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM, plus opportunities for overtime and on-call hours. Our technicians begin their day by reporting to a central location before heading out to job sites. Day-to-Day: As an entry-level HVAC Maintenance Technician, your day will be filled with exciting challenges and opportunities to make a difference. You'll maintain and repair heating, cooling, and generator systems, ensuring customers' comfort and safety. Each day, you'll collaborate with dispatch, management, and parts teams to tackle maintenance tasks efficiently while keeping your truck stocked and organized. From diagnosing issues to helping customers make informed decisions, your role is pivotal in providing top-notch service.
